estate closer or paralegal to be considered for this position you must have current and relevant

to • process files for settlement. • prepare the hud for settlement. • work with
lenders,brokers or agents to review and resolve title issues. • confirm receipt of title abstract,
survey and lien certificate (follow up when necessary) • confirm title premiums and recording
charges. • obtain all payoffs, liens, and judgments prior to settlement. • assist with
commitment notes for title insurance • creation of the new file, inputs known details into the
file, orders property searches as well as mortgage payoff details and any other items that need
clearances. • responsible for gathering documents from all parties involved prior to the closing
and working on the file post-closing before the final title policy(ies) is issued....
