hire a patent attorney for their san diego office. the successful candidate will possess 5+ years of
patent experience from either a law firm or another corproation. must have prior prep and pros
experience (foreign prosecution experience is preferred). responsibilites will include patent
prosecution, portfolio management and providing advise and counsel to inventors and business
management. daily client interaction. must have either an electrical engineering, computer science
or physics background and be a member of the uspto along with at least one state bar. should be able
to work both independently as well as be part of a team and must have very strong oral and written
